DeDynamics.pro is a founder-led project organization operating from the Netherlands, coordinated by Aleks Dubowski with collaborator support. DeDynamics.pro is not presented as a registered corporate legal entity on this website.

2. Personal Data We Process
When you use website forms or communicate with us, we may process:
- Identity and contact data: name and email address.
- Communication content: subject, message body, support context, waitlist interest and use case details.
- Technical and metadata fields: language, page URL, user agent, submission timestamp, record identifiers, anti-spam fields.
- Operational security data: request patterns required for abuse prevention and service stability.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases (GDPR Article 6)
We process personal data only where at least one legal basis applies, including:
- Pre-contract and service communication (Art. 6(1)(b)): responding to your inquiry and preparing requested services.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): operating, securing, improving, and documenting support workflows.
- Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): where retention or disclosure is required by applicable law.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where explicitly requested for optional communications; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Data Recipients and Processors
Personal data is accessible only to authorized operators and required processors, including:
- DeDynamics operators handling support and communication.
- Cloudflare infrastructure for website hosting, serverless functions, and D1 database operations.
- Email systems used to answer requests (including Proton Mail accounts under dedynamics.pro domains).
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your form data for unrelated advertising resale.
5. International Data Transfers
Infrastructure providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where GDPR applies and data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on legally recognized safeguards such as contractual and organizational protections.
6. Retention Periods
We keep records only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes:
- Contact/support records: up to 24 months after the last substantive communication.
- Waitlist records: until fulfillment of the request, withdrawal, or up to 24 months without engagement.
- Security and anti-abuse records: generally up to 12 months unless required longer for incident handling.
- Longer retention may apply where required for legal defense or legal obligations.
7. Your GDPR Rights
Where GDPR applies, you may request:
- Access to your data (Art. 15).
- Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- Erasure in eligible cases (Art. 17).
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
- Data portability in eligible cases (Art. 20).
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
- Withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3)).

8. Complaints
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may contact us first or file a complaint with your supervisory authority. For the Netherlands, this is the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens): autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of submitted records, including access controls and operational restrictions. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed as fully secure.
10. Children
This website is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child submitted personal data, contact us and we will review and remove data where appropriate.
11. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use your contact or waitlist submissions for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when workflows, legal requirements, or infrastructure change. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
