Agreement acceptance
By using Amethyst Mapper Free For All, or by signing into Amethyst Mapper+ Beta after access has been granted, you agree to this User Agreement and the related privacy, license, and disclaimer terms published on this page.
If you do not agree, do not use the hosted product.

License
Limited permitted use
DeDynamics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the hosted product for lawful personal, educational, or internal business workflows that fit the edition you are accessing.
- You may use the product to create, edit, view, import, and export mind maps within normal product behavior.
- You may not resell access, sublicense the hosted service, or present your access as your own service.
- You may not bypass security, tamper with sessions, abuse invite access, or interfere with the service.
- You may not use the product for unlawful activity, abusive automation, or harmful content workflows.
Privacy
Local data, account data, and AI processing
Free For All stores map data locally in your browser environment by default. That edition is designed around local-first use and does not require an account.
Mapper+ Beta may process account, profile, session, and security data, saved map data, support tickets, and selected AI-feature inputs when those features are used. This includes features such as Text To Map, Summarize Map, and Expand Selected Node.
You should avoid storing highly sensitive, regulated, or compliance-heavy data unless your own environment and responsibilities explicitly allow it.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you enter, import, save, export, or submit for AI processing.
- You must review AI-generated output before relying on it for planning, communication, or execution.
- You must not treat the product as legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, or other regulated advice.
- You must keep your credentials secure and use the service in a lawful and respectful way.
Beta Terms
Mapper+ Beta-specific conditions
Mapper+ is an invite-only beta. Access can be limited, changed, paused, or revoked during beta hardening when needed for security, abuse prevention, operational stability, or product changes.
- Beta features can evolve, change behavior, or be removed during the beta period.
- Public signup is not guaranteed and may remain closed while invite review is in place.
- Availability can be interrupted by maintenance, debugging, quota controls, or infrastructure changes.
- Beta access does not create a promise of uninterrupted service or permanent access rights.

Amethyst Mapper is a productivity and visualization tool. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.
AI-generated output may be incomplete, wrong, or misleading. You must review and validate AI output before relying on it.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeDynamics disclaims warranties not expressly stated and limits liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use, interruption, or misuse of the service.
